- Eligibility – Nature of Bids
All information concerning bids are kept public for the duration of the auction.
In order to participate in pigeonauctions.net you must register and be over 18 years of age.
Registration is free.
All auctions on pigeonauctions.net are legal binding contract within these terms & conditions.
- Bidding and Buying
Once a bid has been placed it cannot be withdrawn.
You will be notified by email if you are a winning bidder.
You will be notified by email if your bid has been out bid.
Once you’re winning bid is successful and all monies are received and cleared by pigeonauctions.net, you can then organise transport for your winning item.
If transport is required, it can be organised by pigeonauctions.net for a going fee.
Pigeonauctions.net reserve the right to withdraw bids that are reported and found to be fraudulent or illegal in anyway.
Payment should be received within 7 days of auctions finishing.
If payment is not received within the specified time it may result in the member being removed from the site, plus pigeonauctions.net taking legal action, as all auctions are legally binding.
If for any reason the site goes down and bidders cannot place bids, then the bidding will be resumed where it left off when it went down.
- Fees and Proceeds of Sales
Pigeonauctions.net selling fees are set at 10% of final selling price, no extra for credit cards etc, for a standard auction (unless otherwise stated).
Additional costs will occur if pigeonauctions.net is involved in any administration of a vendor’s sales – price on application at sales@pigeonauctions.net
From time to time introductory offers may appear and listed on main page.
Pigeonauctions.net also excepts, bacs payments, cheques, bankers draft and cash. If paying by these methods, please contact admin at sales@pigeonauctions.net, or send cheques and payments to Steve Vaizey, 7 Eastfield Avenue, Fareham, Hampshire, PO14 1EQ. All seller’s monies will be paid after funds are cleared and buyers have received their purchases.
There will be a fixed fee of £10.00 for any auction ending early or withdrawn, made payable to pigeonauctions.net within 7 days of pigeonauctions.net withdrawing his/her auction.
Pigeonauctions.net rely on the owners of pigeons to be honest and as accurate as possible about what they are selling on pigeonauction.net, this includes the sex of pigeon, pedigree and any other additional information about what is being sold on pigeonauctions.net.
Pigeonauctions.net does not own any of the pigeons or items being sold on its website and the vendor is fully responsible for all information supplied and deemed correct before advertising.
In the event of any member being dishonest they may be banned from using the website in the future.
Any dispute must be notified in writing or email to sales@pigeonauction.net within 7 days of any transaction received.
Pigeonauctions.net cannot be held responsible for any mishap during transportation of any item or pigeon on its website.
Refunds and returns.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase goods please notify admin listed below, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Where pigeons are involved, you must contact admin at the details listed below within 24hrs of delivery explaining why you require refund or return. You maybe liable for transport charges of return.

On selling you will be asked for a address, this address is not visible to anyone other than pigeonauctions.net admin, the area only will be shown.
